DACSis a company who deliver an unusual service. We specialise in custom audio, computer and MIDI systems, direct to you, that fulfil your technical and budgetary needs. These may incorporate our own high performance equipment, those from other manufacturers of audio equipment, and, most important, the know how that shapes it all into an open ended high performance system.
The sale of other manufacturers’ audio and computer equipment has become an increasingly important part of our operation, but we are not a conventional music shop shop. This has a number of consequences. Our product knowledge is very wide because we do not only sell the output of one manufacturer; we can give you a meaningful comparison between two competing products. We are not tied to any manufacturer so we will not try and sell you what we want to sell you (e.g. due to overstocking), we will sell you what you need, whoever makes it!
Our prices are still competitive – we sell so much pro audio equipment that we still have the full backing of our suppliers, both in terms of after sales support and price. With our new demonstration studio, we will give you the opportunity to hear and demo many different pieces of equipment and software. Feel free to visit. Alternatively we can arrange a demonstration on your premises, or at one of our customers local to you.
DACS is a Genelec Approved Centre. This means we are qualified to advise at every level on the selection and installation of the full range of Genelec loudspeakers. Uniquely, we are the only UK dealer trained by Genelec to calibrate systems, and thus get the best possible performance from any given space.
We at DACS are big fans of APG speakers, a French company who produce some of the finest loudspeaker and P.A. systems in the world. We have used them on many occasions to fantastic effect in our bar and nightclub installations.
